We stand behind everything we sell. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store within 7 days for a refund, or within 30 for store credit. All items returned must have the receipt or be made under a customer account for purchase verification, and must have the original packaging. Buyer's remorse returns have a restocking/processing fee. Merchandise returned that appears used may be denied for return or may have a higher restocking/processing fee. 


All bicycle sales are final. All bicycle returns must go through management and are done on an individual case-by-case basis. Used bicycles have a depreciation value similar to cars, once used and returned they cannot be sold as brand new. If we accept a bicycle return, there will be a restocking/processing fee associated with the return.

Labor fees are not refundable, custom built wheels, etc.

Special orders are when we have to custom order an item we do not normally stock. If returned, they will have a restocking fee associated with them.


Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will text or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you text or email us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 14 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged and the order will be canceled. Canceled web orders due to buyer's remorse have a 10% website processing fee. Items we have in store (not bicycles) have an average processing time of 2-4 hours on days that we are open. Items in warehouse (not in store) have an average shipping/processing time of 3-7 business days.


Online bicycle purchases have an average processing time of 1 business day. Most of our in stock bicycles are unbuilt and kept at our Hapeville location, and can be built & transferred for pickup within 1 business day. All bicycle purchases must be picked up, they cannot be shipped. All bicycles will be assembled and ready to ride prior to pickup.


We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. Items on our website will say "in store" or "in warehouse", if it indicates the item is "in warehouse", it is not on site and will need to be ordered from our distributors across the country and could take a maximum of 7-14 days to become available for pickup/shipping.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
