We've prepared this chart to provide a menu of our common bicycle services and repairs. Please contact us any time to discuss bike issues or schedule an appointment.  Estimates are always free so you'll get the information you need and can decide how to proceed. Also, if you need immediate or rushed service to be ready for that big ride or event, please ask, and we'll do our best to fit you in (express service charge may apply).

Service Appointments

Book an appointment to check-in your bike for diagnostics and repair.

Flat changes and brand new bike quick checkovers (for bikes purchased from us) do not need an appointment, and can walk in. All other repairs need an appointment booked.

Repairs are not guaranteed to be performed at the time of check-in. Many repairs require more time or parts to be ordered in.

We cannot perform repairs on all brands of e-bikes.

Need help shipping your bike?

First - Packing the bike. We pack bikes using boxes and foam packing from the manufacturer, ensuring that your shipped bike is just as safe as the factory sends out brand new bikes. The cost for this service is listed above. At this stage you are welcome to pick up the box and ship it personally, or we can assist with bike shipping services through BikeFlights.

Second - If we are shipping your bike, we will send you the necessary information to create the label: weight/dimensions of your box and our shipping address. You purchase the labels on their website and email us the PDF attachment. We will label your box, and it goes out on the next day's shipment.

Finally - Your bike is on it's way to you! We highly recommend setting the destination address to a bike shop near you. BikeFlights has a great Shop Finder tool to help with that. The benefit of a shop accepting the package is they will have the ability to reassemble and tune up/adjust your bike so it is riding just as smooth as it was before it was disassembled. Reach out and make sure the destination shop is expecting your package!
